The Elementary school Dituria is settled in one of the municipalites in the capital city Skopje (Republic North Macedonia). It is a public school which
educates pupils from I to IX grade, or from 6 to 14 years old. This school year, 1800 pupils attend educational process on Albanian, Macedonian and
Bosnian language. The educational staff is composed of 100 teachers and pedagogical service that consists of psychologist, pedagogues and
defectologist. Within the school “Dituria” – there are 3 regional schools. Regional primary school in the villages: Ljubin, Krusopek and Grcec. The main
aim of our school is innovative teaching, a working environment and school climate in which the priority is individual efficiency, openness, quality and
creativity in all directions, a pedagogic education component using modern working model set up courses with the implementation of several projects
and innovative methods. One of the important concepts we work on is multiculturalism in accordance with the school’s ethnic composition.

We have not had experience with Erasmus projects and we really need support in order to be included in this innovative and advanced education
Europe net. Even if we try to follow the innovative modernization school system, we still can not answer young people needs and also keep and
protect them from the negative influence of the fast cyber and virtual solitary living. We have to carry and protect their physical and psychological life
by returning their interests to the nature. One opportunity is to let them know about village life in different countries. Our school is in a beautiful natural
space that is underutilized. People used to be actively involved in rural affairs, but the process of urban modern life and globalization made it
impossible for young people to be interested in rural life at all. One of the reasons is ignorance of the benefits and usefulness of a healthy life. We
believe that young people need special activities and education to learn about the beauty and benefits of rural life. Especially because our school is
located in an immediate environment rich in natural resources. With this project we expect to connect young people from other countries and their
experiences so that students can recognize similarities, share knowledge and experiences from different countries.

The key people will be the Principal Gani Aslani, Izeta Babacic English teacher, Resmije Latifi English teacher, Firdes Fejzulahu teacher, Sanela Taric
teacher, Miftar Ameti IT teacher, Kaltrina Beluli english teacher, Jusuf Aslani teacher. There is enough included staff in case someone leaves the post
in the future. One positive specificity is that some teachers live in the neighbourhood of the school, they are from rural areas and can share
experiences for rural life. Their experience might serve as support for the project.
